Kim Irwin was named Vice President, Customer Success in October 2014. Prior to this role Kim served as the Director of Customer Satisfaction since September 2010. She is responsible for all dealer and OEM client satisfaction. She leads all customer service activities including in and outbound call centers, accounts receivable, billing and dealer and OEM training initiatives for Trilogy SmartLeads.
Before joining Trilogy, Kim was the Vice President, Invest in America of the Michigan Credit Union League, she was responsible for Business Development and established Fortune 500 clients, such as Sprint, GM, Chrysler and Ford.
Kim began her career in the automotive industry in 1986 with Ford Motor Company where she spent 22 years and served in executive roles such as Mercury Group Brand Manager and Field Operations. Kim also ran two P & L business units at Ford; Vehicle Personalization and Accessories and Aftermarket and Remanufacturing.
